Sanctuary Investments was established in 2013 by Steve Norris and Craig Calder who first met when working together on a major regeneration scheme in East London. They provide a range of services to the property industry and the company is a vehicle to develop their own projects, generally but not exclusively in the outer London and Home Counties residential market. The company is privately financed and has developed significant relevant expertise in every aspect of residential and mixed use development. In addition to development the founders are currently advising a number of developers on complex planning and site assembly issues where they have long proven in-depth expertise.
Steve and Craig believe the future for residential development in London lies in building homes that ordinary Londoners can afford to buy. Although they have advised on several very expensive Zone One top end properties they believe the market between £400 – £700 per square foot is the one to concentrate on. And these days they see real value in towns and cities outside the Greater London area where values are still rising fast. If they sound like people you ought to be talking to please contact them for an initial confidential discussion.
